The staff was attentive! Plus, the room was beautifully decorated and super comfy, ensuring a fantastic night's rest.

Though the hotel's location was convenient, the inside felt a bit cramped with limited space for belongings. We experienced issues with missing towels.

the room with cityview. we had an electric kettle and a fridge. also, location was favourable, just a pleasant stroll away from lake of the restored sword.

No complains at all, the hotel exceeded high expectations. Everything was amazing, the venue was modern. The hotel's setting was very central and the staff were very hardworking people who helped to manage early check-in and late check-out. Easy access to Noi Bai International airport, which was about 25 minutes' drive away. The room was both fashionable and huge with a view, we truly enjoyed it.

Excellent service, cozy room, excellent breakfast, made our short stay enjoyable with features like 24-hour reception and easy connections to the city center just 2.5 km away.
